This unfinished basement was a blank slate to create a rustic industrial hangout that still felt bright and fresh. An open-concept bar area was designed with a living space, a playroom, and an office. There is ample storage space for toys with built-in cabinetry. The statement staircase has an industrial steel frame with glass panels to let light through the space and maintain an open feel.
